Speaking about ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ and the ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ has become something of a societal taboo. Many women find that their ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ during the postpartum period are simply not met. They find that their support systems (husbands, partners, care-givers and well-wishers), although often secure and tight-knit, are ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐.
I, too, experienced postnatal depression after the birth of my second child and ๐ฐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐. As a Psychology major, I have always been interested in womenโs health. Those who know me know that I am very vocal about mental health after childbirth. I am passionate about ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ women who are finding the ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ difficult.
I have developed ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ after giving birth. My programme helps mothers enjoy motherhood while navigating through all the adjustments it brings.

Postnatal Wellness Coaching is ๐ 6-๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ for ladies who have recently given birth and those with older babies who are still experiencing some of the symptoms mentioned above (late onset PND).
It includes:
- 6 x 1-hour ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ online counseling sessions
- Email and WhatsApp contact with me for the duration of your programme
- A ๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ to work with during your programme and beyond (couriered to your door)
- Therapeutic techniques to help you overcome a difficult birthing experience
- A health and nutrition checklist to speed up your physical and emotional recovery
