Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since receipt/delivery of your item, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Downloadable printable products
- Counseling sessions which have already been taken
- Counseling sessions which have been canceled within 24 hours of the session (these may be rescheduled).
Drop-shipped items
Drop-shipped items are shipped directly from the supplier to the client. Should the item you purchased not be entirely to your expectations, please take note of the following:
Defective/Damaged products
Customers have 7 days from date of delivery to notify us of if products were received damaged or defective. Photographs should be sent, together with a detailed message, to support@whatwaydsays.co.za. If the claim is substantiated, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund. In this case, arrangements will be made for the return of the defective or damaged goods, on a case-by-case basis.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Return & regrets
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please send a message to support@whatwaydsays.co.za informing us of your intent to return. In this case, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and goods must be received in original packaging before a refund is effected.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Requirements
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be contacted within 3 to 5 working days to arrange the refund via electronic bank transfer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/coupon code will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
